Hello NoReverseGear/NeedToGetOutMore

The boarding structure - do you mean the
junior/gold/platinum boarder thingy? This is determined by the number of
posts you have written - your status changes in "steps" - once you written
a certain number of posts, you are "levelled" up to the next status - with
platinum being the highest. I cant remember how many posts takes you to
gold (think its 100?) or platinum (500 or 1000, i think)
Ian [Mr
Wiki] chooses the moderators - moderators and Teamwiki are the same thing
really. I couldnt possibly say what Ian looks for in a potential new TW
member (seeing as Im one

) - you would need to ask the boss

Although the TW members are diversely
located and come from all walks of life, the main thing we have in common
is that we have all been through the divorce process and are dedicated to
keep Wiki the supportive, informative and helpful site it is - whilst
continually working to improving it for everyone.
sorry, but you
dont get the Stupid Question of The Week Award - that goes to the woman I
know who asked "where are the White Cliffs of Dover"..........
