Contravention of Resolution

SHOUT PEOPLE, don't worry about your spelling, grammar, but don't accept in justice or inequality.

They say make hay while the sunshines, well the freedom we enjoy on the internet today will certainly not last, so make hay and make these people accountable and the process of divorce and child custody fairer and more equitable.

Arnie has brought to the attention of ALL the people he can think of the fact that a solicitor and a member of Resolution lied for over two years about his entire online CV and only one person on the entire planet has done anything about it. Wikivorce on seeing the EVIDENCE(undisputed) removed Mr Blah Blahs firms presence from the data­base­. Not one politician, not one regulatory authority has taken any action whatsoever.
That is appalling and undermines an entire profession and that profession deserve that bad name as NOT ONE professional has stood up for Arnie and publicly offered their support. Not one professional has contacted Resolution and demanded an explanation. Not one professional has done anything other than try and discredit Arnie's story.
My case is specific but highlights a QUALITY SYSTEMS failure that is endemic in the entire legal profession.

An analogy: I was once the MD of a company selling products into a prestigious retail outlet, one of my products were Quality Belgium Fruit Jellies, trading standards saw the labelling and demanded that the product were renamed Fruit Flavoured Jellies, I was threatened with a £10,000 fine for failure to comply, product recall cost over £5000 and loss of credibility with a major customer.
A solicitor wilfully LIES about ALL his qualifications and that is acceptable.

The law being applied equally to all?????

Until I see a principled stand from a professional or politician I wont be convinced that justice has not just become a gravy train of vested interest, who are not helpful in Divorce.
The chain is as strong as its weakest link and if your own quality standard is unenforced and ignored, divorce is conducted at the level of the lowest common denominator, which is unacceptable.

June 2003 first complained to Resolution about the conduct of a PROFESSIONAL SOLICITOR, who it later transpired had LIED about his entire online CV for in excess of two years and inclusive of his claimed degree!!!!

06 October 2008 after all the story I have told you, I received the following in my inbox

Dear Arnie
Your email to Karen Mackay of the 29th August and all previous communications have been considered by the Executive Committee of Resolution. They suggest a meeting between you and a lay member of our Complaints Committee to fully discuss and establish your concerns. Our lay members are not lawyers and have nothing whatsoever to do with Resolution. They are paid on a sessional basis to bring an extra ­object­ive view to the Complaints Committee when considering complaints made against our members.

I would be grateful if you could let me know whether you would like to take up this suggestion and, if so, I will make the necessary arrangements.

Its only taken over four years, some serious risk in terms of deformation of character, slander and liable, plus literally hours learning how to use WORDPRESS, Wikivorce and dont forget the harassment of any politician whose email I could find, and we FINALLY have a response

Arnie has accepted this offer and will keep all of Wikivorce informed as to my progress. This is simple complaint people, just imagine how long and what you would have to do with a more subjective complaint.

A little bit more "meat on the bones"

Having spent a considerable amount of time preparing for my meeting with Resolution compiling copies of the following:

1. Evidence that Mr Blah Blah falsely claimed to be an accredited mediator for Resoloution for over two years and when challenged about this false claim he blatantly lied.
2. Evidence that he falsely claimed to be a member of the UK college of family mediators for four years.
3. Evidence that he falsely claimed to be a member of the Law Society’s Family panel for two years
4. Evidence that he lied about a degree that he didn’t have
5. Evidence that he miss directed a court and a cafcass officer
6. Evidence that he concealed £35,000 of funds from the courts

Having attend the meeting for over two hours only a few days after my fathers funeral, I received this very rude conclusion.
I think it is clear that the Code of Practice is a complete sham and indeed the Lay advisor who I had my meeting with told me that she had been involved with several complaints on behalf of Resolution, and she admitted that in the 25 year history of first the SFLA then Resolution, NOBODY had ever been expelled or suspended.
Wiki People, Resolution is scam and totally meaningless to the general public. It is a marketing and political pressure group for a group of corrupt elitist solicitors. Every Solicitor who is a member is complicit as they do nothing but meekly express despair at non conformances of the Code of Practice.
Although the letter I received seems to think this end of it they are about to have an expensive and RUDE awakening
