Re:Notice of Change to Acting in Person

I have requested that my Solicitor stops responding to every letter my ex wife's Solicitor sends him & subsequently sending me a bill for the honor.

He has told me that I need to send a Notice of Change to Acting in Person to the court?

What do I need to do?

That would mean your going it alone without a solicitor, are you sure thats what you want to do.

If it is print this off complete it and send it to court, strictly speaking your sol should also inform court.

I am not going it entirely alone, I have Wikivorce & still have access to my Solicitor.

I will bring him in further down the line.

Whats the point of paying him to ask me a question & then tell her solicitor?

There are pitfalls but how to guess which you need to know about?.

Probably the best way forward is for you to post what is happening, current situation ect and then wiki peeps will advise at each stage.

Many go it alone these days simply because they cannot afford the costs, some stay on after divorce to help others, then of course we have a few legal professionals on site, those who have solicitor on their profile are actually solicitors (thanks to you all) wiki checks all legal professionals out when they join.
