Hi can someone please clarify the following:
It is my
understanding that a court will not authorise a pension Sharing Order
without a
CETV. Is this right?
My ex did not produce
one and an order was given. How could I have one without a CETV?
My solicitor did not follow the Family Procedures Rule and notify the
pension scheme of the impending order and as a result i'm going to incur
high costs thus reducing my percentage.
I have had some advice
and i'm told this is negligence - I also know that knowing that does not
mean I stand a chance of getting anything from them. I'm sending one last
letter before writing to the ombudsman.
The financial disclosure
I have does not show there was a
CETV, why did the court give the order?
Grateful for any help.
