Re:Questionnaire setting u the further informatn etc

Am representing myself regarding divorce finances - Prior to the 1st Court hearing Form E signed and exchanged - done. There are three other things that need to be done i. statement of apparent issues ii. a chronology iii. A Questionnaire setting out the further information and documents you require from the other party or a statement that no information or documents are required - and this is where my problem lies,,, is there a printed questionnaire or is it just `if I have questions that they must be presented as a questionnaire type form`.

Another little question too. I dont have a printer so would the court accept hand written documents - I`m trying to get away from having either family of friends printing for me

A questionnaire is something that you or your solicitor draft on the basis of the information provided. So for example a typical question may be :

Referring to the barclays account no.......the Applicant is asked to explain the following entries:

(a) £500 withdrawal on 01.01.2011
(b) A cheque for £7k on 03.02.12

Etc

He may for example have said that he is due to lose his job or believes that his takings for the following year will be very low so you may ask : 'The Applicant is asked to provide a full explanation as to why he belives that his income will £10k less than earned this year. Supporting documentary evidence will be required'

It is not normal for documents to be submitted to the Court in handwriting but as long as it's neat tidy and legible I am sure that a sympathetic judge will make an exception.

Dont forget the general layout though
