YES YES YES YES You must submit your own bundle to court!!!!! Along with
the form E.
Do not count on your x solicitor to do anything, you
need to mirrow what they do and do it yourself.
You get the
directions from the court and need to file the
documents they request. In this case it will be a form E, a chronology,
form G and a statement of issues. Then you give a bundle of YOUR documents
to your X solicitor, and they will do the same with you, you then
scrutinize them and make questions and file the questions by the date the
court needs you to file them.
