Selling second property.

Hi there all, hopefully a simple question here for the all the knowledgeable people.

I will be starting divorce proceedings, and I would more then likely need to sell our second property to release the equity in it.

This is a property that I purchased before getting married, we lived in it for a couple of years and has since been rented out (via a properly tenancy agreement).

I just wanted to find out from anyone here if they have used any online conveyancing firms and what was their service like.

It is a good idea to get a formal financial settlement from your divorce before selling any property.

that is in the plan. I do not intend to do anything with a formal settlement agreement.
