Simplified, met in 1992 married in 1994 seperated in 2004, divorced in
2006. One daughter from marriage, both names on the house l stayed in the
house & continued to pay everything in my name alone, ex hubby has never
paid a penny. Approached CSA in Mar 2005 received £400 for daughter he
since left work & signed on for
benefits. He has not seen his
daughter since 2006 prior to that he did not see her on regualr basis. l
removed his name from Land Registry & he agreed to a payment of money to
come of the mortgage & deeds after we went through process he refused to go
through with signing & did not receive the money. My daughter is now 16 &
he is still refusing to come off mortgage l have no
contact it is very bitter,
l have been liaising with a solicitor but my only option is to go to court
now which l have to fund as he is entitled to Legal Aid. l cannot afford
the costs at this time, has anybody been in a similar position & can offer
bit of advice or support.....
