Form D81 no good for pensions? 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago
This is the D81 Q about pensions:
"(3) the value of any benefits under a pension arrangement which you have, or are likely to have, including the most recent valuation (if any) provided by the pension scheme."

If you have a pension but no valuation or a valuation more than a year old can you submit D81 anyway?
Can a Consent Order for pension sharing using D81 go through without the usual pension valuation?
