Me and my partner are getting married in a few days, and once we are
married we are going to apply for him to have parental responsibility.
The form says to take it to the local court, and get someone to sign it,
but do you just turn up? Or do you have to ring and make an appointment. I
don't really know how it works!! Do you need to pay the person who signs
the form? If so how much?
I don't have a solicitor anymore, as it's
been over a year since the courts dismissed the case, and everything has
been closed now, so I can't speak to her about it.
Ex hasn't got PR,
and I haven't heard from him since last year.
