Thank you so much for you replies. I have to say that I'm in tears reading
them.
Tom, thank you so much for making me laugh!
Beingmeagain - ex has never helped with the
school run. I was rushed to hospital
one afternoon and my friend had a nightmare of a job getting him to collect
them from
school. He didn't go to see youngest's
Christmas concert - his last in primary - as there wasn't a ticket for his
wife to go along too. Two tickets per family, and I managed to walk in
alone
He won't do parents evening either, although
I've stopped reminding him now...
haywaythe lads. Thank you for
that idea. It's something I've been thinking of, but the way you've
phrased it is brilliant.
wilsr10 - the worrying part is my
problem. I worry incase I offend and dread the texts that follow - not
often now though...
mike62. He'll always be their dad. I do
talk a lot with the children about good times we did have - and good times
they've had with him since we've split.
I'm lucky in that I
get on brilliantly with my ex-in-laws (she's his step mother, which I know
helps), so the children do have support from them.
Thank you
again.
