hi got last mediation tomoz with stbx...as things stand im not hopeful for happy outcome..list of wot we have too split equity on house 170k savings 30k declared(20k hes hidden)pension his 600k...mine none...what he wants.... to buy me out of house 50/50 split on savings ..60%pension to him....oh and he only wants to give half value of house.....hes in house as it was easier for me to move out(i had somewhere to go he didnt)bad move for me i know....i carried on paying mort..another bad move ...i earn 12k he earns 60k......i know i need my head looking at......3 adult ...not sure how this is going to end up and im dreading it.....will keep you posted......if im in any state to do so

just wanted to say anything that you do agree on in mediation is not legally binding. When i read the summary of our mediation, very little of it happened.
