? Either home or via
solicitors ?
If so, have you
considered writing via recorded delivery to ask for OR RATHER EXPECT
details of how your jointly owned property is being marketed, sale price,
viewings etc. Refer to the Land Registry reference that you are both named
on. Advise that this course of action is necessary as you have not been
advised as expected.
Then contact Estate Agents etc to advise
that you are joint owner and that a sale cannot be agreed until you have
been advised/requested for your agreement.
Please don't let your
ex continue in this arrogant way if you can at least try to avoid it.
