What type of business is it?

No point in throwing the baby out with the bath water.
You can decide how much business you want to take on.
If you want to pick the kids up from school do it.
What's the point in folding the business and having to work for someone else?
You are your own boss, you can decide your own working hours.
Clients are only people and most have kids also and usually pretty understanding and even admiring of a single parent combining running their own business with parenting.
As for any other social aspects just stop doing them kick back and relax.
Find your inner tranquility.
Maybe one day with a few millenia more evolvement you women will catch up with men and realise that Nirvana is sitting in your underpants with a can of Stella in hand watching Sky Sports rather than getting stressed out about the next item on the imaginary to do list
