My son-in-law is having serious problems with his ex, especially with
respect to their daughter.
A big issue is that his ex (and her
mother) BOTH work for a solicitor and appear to be both producing letter
headed instructions and receiving advice for free.
Whilst I
consider this to be unprofessional in the very least is it actually illegal
in any sense and if worst comes to worst and court action is the only way
forward, would there any impact on this information being disclosed?
It seems very unfair that while we have to pay for all our
legal advice while the other party seem to have
it provided!
Thanks in advance - F
