firstly let me apologiese if this has been raised before and for my
spellin,
brief out line of the marriage she was a aggressive gold
digger, who if didnt get her own way cried till she did, or get aggressive
till she did, didnt really contribute to anything finacially, when she left
i had a legal seperation order drawn up that she signed and she was paid
out in full, she was entitled to nothing as she brought nothing as i
already had a house and after 2 years she left with 12,000 my solictor
wanted me to give her nothing but i thought she deserved something so it
was drawn up and she got paid out, she has since gone on to spend all the
money and is living a room share and is unemployed
i hsve since gone
on to better my self in the 3 years she has been gone, this is my worry
with the wording over this
consent order, that she might be tryin to get more?
this is what the letter says
on march 1st 2010 decree
nisi was pronounced by judge with decree
absolute to be applied for from the 14th april. this is
the final decree which will dissolove the marriage.
although we
have recieved no financial disclosure from you, we are insrtucted by our
client that there are no financial issues between yourselves what soever.
we have instructions from out client(her) to propose that a
consent order is prepared for submission tot he court
for approval. the terms of that proposed order will provide a
clean break bewtween our client and yourself and your
respective claims arising from the marriage would be formally dismissed. we
enclose a draft consent application reflecting those terms
there
is also a statement of information for a consent order which provideds the
court with details of both parties means
right whats buggin me
is
i have to disclose my earning to the court which have gone up alot
in the last 3 years
how much my house is worth, and as i now own 2
this is quiet high as well and on the form she will be putting zeros next
to capital resources, net income will be the dole what ever that is and
pension will be zero this is gonna make me look very well off and her the
excact oppersite. The sentance 'we have instructions from our client to
propose a consent order to give to the court' why has she done this?? she
doesnt have anything for me to go back for?
and 'respective claims
from the marriage would be formally dismissed'
that last sentance to
me reads in my eyes the seperation order will be dismissed and she will be
allowed to claim for more
i hope this is understandable to people as
it baffles the hell outa me this jargin
and the statement of
infromation for a consent order scares me!
the court is grantin the
absolute from the 14 april surely thats not the point he says okay miss b
is intitled to x? this should have all been done b4?
hope someone can
help and put my mind at rest as its taken me along time and alot of hard
work to build what ive got, and i couldnt get it back if i lost it, she had
her chance with the money she had to start again, buy her self a house but
she left work and it was wasted on drink drugs and cars.
thanks all
