enforcing court order

Hi i was divorced November 2010 , my ex was order to pay the mortgage and transfer all interest of the house into my name , where upon the sale of it when the children reach 18yrs he gets 35 percent. He got to keep all pensions and ownership of a villa.Hear i am with a mortgage in arrears of 1yr because of this transfer of equity not possible about to be repossessed .Went back to my solicitor but they said because he is now out of work there is nothing i can do . My divorce cost me nearly 12,000 all i seem to have got is my name of a marriage certificate can anyone give me some advice as i'm so stressed and feel let down.

Is there any equity in the Villa?
