Thank you Asram, I could really relate to your message. I was also below a
size 8 for a while until my doctor insisted on weighing me so I tried to
make better effort. I can suffer with migraine and not eating is a
trigger, but NEVER not once have I ever got one at these times - it's a bit
like system shutdown.
I forced myself to make ham and cheese on
toast yesterday as Friday was a bad day and I really enjoyed if once I
started it! I've been grazing today, no meals but healthy nibbles including
the sweetest cherry plum tomatoes...
I begin running again soon
so that should help. I will run a 10km charity race this summer...
Xx

Soup base is always the same. Chopped sweated onion. Then
add whatever. Celery, tomato, parsnip. So much cheaper than canned.

If only I had a kitchen of my own I would make all the things that I never
could when I lived with my ex. Chocolate brownies, roast chicken, jelly
and ice cream... I'm really looking forward to improving my cooking range
in the next six or so months when I get a place of my own.
I'm
also one of these people who eat loads of soups (it kind of makes things
easier for a singleton). However, nothing beats it with warm bread and a
salad (to get those extra nutrients). Oh, and porridge in the mornings.

Porridge is a saviour to me. I might make a butternut squash soup using
the onion base, thanks! X
