I've been on a different diet plan for about 9 months, started putting on
weight (slowly) a few months after we separated.
When I was
going through the turmoil of
separation but still living
together, eating lost its
appeal for a while. The day I moved into a place of my
own my mum told me to spoil myself with a ready meal, I carried on

I also had a constant stock of snacks that I
frequented.
Thankfully I was taken in hand late last year by
another peep. Following much late night messaging, often about food but
also about things, I started feeling better about life. I took more
interest in what I ate and started to cook for pleasure.
I'm
pretty much living off ready meals again, and pleased to have lost a bit of
weight recently. Both are down to work rather than my personal life, hope
to have that in control in a few months.
I'm sure once you get
through this trauma your appetite, and curves, will return.
Do
try to take care of yourself.
