I was sterilised at 30. My kids were very young then and I had no problem convincing the surgeon and had the op within 3 months on the NHS. I had basic 5 mins of counselling where I was told to think of the procedure as permanent. I separated from my husband 18 months later but have never regretted my decision so I can't imagine how you feel just wanted to wish you luck xx
