emotional distress, without judging or telling people what to do.

who are facing life difficulties. Their Helpline number is
0800 83 85 87, and is open Mon-Thurs 6pm to
2am, and Fri from 6pm to Mon 6am. This service is aimed at those living in
Scotland, but if you call from a mobile, then your location isn't a
factor.
