You can write to the court quoting your case no. objecting to the
absolute going through setting out the reasons as to your
objections.

not the respondent.
It is only the petitioner who can apply for the
absolute 6 weeks and one day from the date of the nisi. The respondent has
to wait 3 months
after the 6 weeks and
one day.
In any case, if the respondent applies for the absolute
before the petitioner, the judge will want to know why and you will get an
opportunity to state your objections then.
