The ex has refused to give values of all of his and the new partners 4
cars, in the
Form E info.
He has
been asked twice by me, officially to him and the Court, and now once by my
barrister.
He claims that 2 cars were sold
on e-bay but gives no proof by way of details and information posted on the
site re price, etc.
One car he claims is owned by her, the
partner, but he told the world when they got it that it was bought
50/50.
The only way to prove that he still has the cars he
claims have beeb sold is the DVLA who do not give Jo Public that sort of
info.
He is trying to get away with not having these 4 vehicles
added to his assets etc.
How can I prove his lies and where do I
go from here?? He is lying through his teeth, and always has done, but I'm
stuck. Wretched 'data protection' is protecting a liar, and is allowed
to.
Help !!!
Any ideas??
