Hi,
Next to all my problems (divorce going for 2 years, mums
health and ect.)I just found out last week that my ex husband out off
job.Dont know thats happent,I just been informed by CSA that from start of
january he has to pay me a flat rate( 5 pounds per week- not funny
joke!!!).
Wouldnt surprise me if came out that he was fired.
Anyway so now he is on benefits.He got legal aid too.I am just scared
thats gonna happent with his legal aid-I have to pay all court fees?Is he
gonna get full legal aid now?And if he cant afford to pay legal aid his
solisitor will stop represent his,so we never divorce!
AS turns out we
were due to sign minute of agreement before xmas,but he never went to see
his solisitor.My solisitor trying to chase everything since,but nothing!So
only option I see -court!Otherwise we just gonna be going round in circles
2 more years.
Any advise welcome!
