It really doesn't matter what the grounds are - in reality if you
accept the marriage has broken down and the other party has not claimed
costs, be positive he has saved you a Court fee of £300
If the
allegations are lies what you can do rather than defend (waste of time &
money for lawyers) is on the Acknowledgement of Service put to the Q'n "Do
you accept the marriage has broken down..."Yes but the allegations of
behaviour are exaggerated and/or untrue. Accordingly whilst I accept the
marriage has broken down I reserve my position to respond to any of the
allegations if later relevant"Found this on an older
