Commencement of proceedings 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago
I've got to fill out a form to obtain the cash equivalent transfer value of my pension. One of the questions it asks is when proceedings formally commenced. Does anyone know at what point proceedings are classed as having formally commenced?

That would be the date on which the court issued the petition and sent it to the respondent.
