financial settlement

Hi, I don't know if anyone can advise me. I have filed for the decree nisi and am now trying to sort out the financial aspects of the divorce. I am trying to do this without taking it to court although it may come to this as my husband is being awkward and refusing to pay me anything at the moment. I have a couple of queries. (I am representing myself)

1). My husband is saying that the process will take 18 months. I looked at information and cannot see this time anywhere. Is this true or is he trying to be awkward?

2)Does anyone have any idea as to how much money I would be entitled to? I have tried the divorce calculator but it has given be a different answer each time!!)

We owned a house with no mortgage worth around 140k (this was inherited from his nan so I assume this would go in his favour)

I have a third share in my fathers house of 50k

He has 35k savings and I have 9k

He has vehicles worth around 8k

How do I work out roughly my entitlement. I want to know if he is being fair if and when he makes an offer or if he is trying to rip me off and if I would be better waiting forthe judge to sort it.

I forgot to say, the marriage was 4 years 3 months and we lived together for 9 months before marriage and there are no children

Is the house jointly owned? What are your respective incomes?

Both our names are on the deeds we were joint tenants but he has changed it to tenants in common now.

I am a supply teacher so don't earn much on average about 10k a year and he is an agency driver so is probably onabout the same as me

After 4 years and no children what are you expecting to get?

Half the house?

In my case it was deemed as "short term marriage" and due to the fact that no kids involved and house was paid for by me with no contributions to it from other half it was deemed they didn't have any claim at all on house nor savings nor anything financial !

I don't expect to get half the house, that is why I am asking the question on here. I don't know what to expect. Surely I should get something though. I paid for everything and walked away with nothing. I was just hoping for advice on how the settlement would be made.
