D81 and Form E

Please help!!!

What is the difference between a form D81 and a Form E?

I have just started divorce proceedings. My husband and I have reached an agreement with regards to financial matters. Which form needs to be filled in? It appears to me that form E is for people who cannot reach an agreement and want the court to order a settlement. Form E seems so detailed and complicated. It even asks about each person's conduct in the marriage (my husband's conduct has been disgraceful throughout). Is it necessary to fill one in even if we have financial agreement or should we just go for D81?

If you have made agreement there is no need to file for ancillary relief and form E, form D81 is statement for arrangement for consent order so have the consent order drafted first then send both to court to be made official (sealed).

If a D81 is enough to get your Consent Order approved by a judge why aren't we all just doing a D81?
