I purchased a property with my partner 5 years ago as tennents in
common.
We both signed a trust deeed protecting the 80k that i put
into the property (proceeds from my previous sale)he did not advance any
money. I have always used the same conveyencing
solicitors. We are now seperating and the
sale of the house is proceeding again with the same solicitors.
I am
bieng told that as it is a joint sale they will not act on the trust deed
that they have had in there
custody for this
duration.The reason is apparently they can not advise me as it is a joint
sale. Would be grateful for any advice.
