It's possible to apply for a
warrant of inhibition to stop the disposal of assets, but that is
regarded as draconian so courts are reluctant to grant inhibition. If the
assets are frozen neither party has access to them so one consideration is
what you would do for money.
A more common way of dealing with
dispositions intended to defeat a spouse's claim to financial provision
would be to grant the a greater share of the remaining assets (eg equity or
pension) or award deferred lump sums payments.
