Cohabitation will have an effect on a settlement as your needs will be
less.
However, if you are not
cohabiting there is no need
to provide the information the other side seeks as this will create
difficulty.
The reply to the question should be that the
information sought is irrelevant as there is no
cohabitation and no plans
for cohabitation (subject to the latter being the case).
You can
refer to the individual entries on your bank statement to illustrate (if
asked) that you do not contribute to your partner's accommodation or
consumables.
If the other side wishes to pursue the issue of
cohabitation this can be dealt with on cross examination at a later stage
(final hearing).
