hi all ,i would like to update everyone on my outcome of my court hearing
in december ,this hearing was my application to get old orders enforced/or
varied ,i had for years prior whilst the orders were inforce had my
children subject to paying my exhusbands debts due to these orders, i was
in turmoil trying every which way to stop them and tryed to get help from
local
solicitors to represent me in court not one
was helpful ,not one was interested in helping me recover monies owed
,there was not one willing even for my children my confidence and self
asteme was rock bottom ,i needed help !!!!! ,wikiforce was my help i gave
em a call and explained all wikiforce guided me to the path i should take
,they gave me courage ,i applied to the courts with my application my
hearing was in december ,i walked out of court after representing myself
with my head held high for winning not just the money owed but the order
itsself was squashed and the term the judge used for the order was it was a
disgrace it was ever written. child surport is for the provision for
providing
for children not for
furnishing payment for your clients debts ,i just wanna say a big thankyou
to wikivorce you gave me courage and strengh and knowledge which so helped
me fight for justice for my children even though i knew the odds were
against me as i was fighting the knowledge of the solicitor representing my

justice for my children that day
