I am 63 years old I own a property where I live It is not the matrimonial home. My wife and I we been separated for 18 years now we have no dependent children {all over 18} we decided to divorce. The property was bought in 2003 by myself alone only my name on deeds wife never contributed and/or lived in it. Wife lives in 3 bed house which is council property she is settled she has been a tenant since 1992.
I am now a pensioner and my income is supplemented by the pension credit my total income is about £560pcm.
Question can my wife be awarded anything?

Depends what you both have and need. everything you both own is part of the pot to split.

What else does each of you have besides your house. What is her income etc?

she has a property abroad her income is less than £600pcm so is mine.
