Trelawney,
Welcome to wikivorce. It may be an idea to suggest
your daughter joins the site for support. I know you want to do your best
for her and your support will be invaluable but sometimes people need to
sort out their own situations.
In answer to your question about
who would get what ... well it doesn't sound like there is anything to
divide. Cash assets would be e.g. equity in a home, savings, etc. Are
there any assets?
Child maintenance would be based on
income... as would any SM which would also take needs into account ... but
if he has no income then the question is pretty much academic. At most he
would be assessed at minimum rate ie £5 a week for CM.
Who
stays in the house depends on need - and the parent with care would take
priority.
You cannot divide a rental property. Furnishings,
white goods etc would usually stay with the
PWC as they need them .. although if there is enough to
divide a few bits and pieces then that can happen by agreement.
