Property

My ex and I seperated in Dec 2010. Since then i have not returned to FMH. My ex delivered my clothes to my mothers house (where i am currently living) and has "bagged" up the rest of my possessions. She has agreed to store my property until i have a capacity to store it, however within my property left at FMH are family heirlooms and items i require for my work.
I have asked both the Ex and her solicitor for return of these items for some months but still have not recieved them.
How can i retrieve the property i need?

Contact your ex and explain that you need the your stuff and would like to agree a mutually convenient time to collect it and if she agrees it might be a good idea to have a police officer present when you collect the stuff.

The presence of a police officer is a good idea if there is a chance that your ex or A.N.Other might try to attack you, claim that you attacked them, forced an entry, took things that weren't yours etc etc etc.
