To those with an overactive imagination 4 Months ago
|
|
Over the Christmas period I was alone and feeling really sad imagining my
wife having a wonderful time with her new man enjoying a lovely intimate
Christmas dinner in a nice restaurant with wine and liqueurs.. and them
sharing a loving kiss on the stroke of midnight on New Year's eve. Very sad as I wiped a tear away. Well nothing could have been
further from the truth! I got a tearful phone call from her saying
that things were not going well between them and that Christmas and New
Year was miserable and a total wash out with lots of door slamming and
arguing and walking out..and to add to the merriment, she lost her job and
is now on the dole. Sometimes our imagination can lead us far away
from what the reality actually is. Take note all you tearful
dreamers.

Is this the Karma that people talk about but which never seems to come
round?
Or is it divine retribution?

Thank you for this LW. So many times people imagine their OH is blissfully
happy with new partner and in so many cases they are wrong. Unless you deal
with the problems you have in a current relationship, you carry them into a
new one and things rarely are idyllic as you imagine. Affairs exist in a
little bubble untouched by the realities of everyday life. When you change
an affair into a relationship the bubble bursts and the 'perfect' partner's
flaws become apparent. Hope you deal with this new situation well as
it brings a host of new issues for you. thanks again for the post CNB xxx

Thanks for posting. Certainly food for thought.
The reason why
I believe in karma is that if someone has behaved badly for you, and has
made your life miserable, they'll go on and do the same to other people -
and they'll get upset as a result.
Best JJ
