Hi, just left 4th unsucessful hearing trying to get a non-mol against ex
who is consistently verbally and financially abusive. Verbal abuse is very
aggressive, and kids always present. Cafcass have ignored the DV and
parental alienation (haven't seen one/three of my kids since Christmas),
daughter has been encouraged to make child abuse (sexual)allegations
against my partner, since proven unfounded with the associated stress.
Because of no legal aid, I didn't know to ask for an ex-parte non mol in
the first instance. I am at the end of my tether, and moving away from
London (100 miles) and my kids just to get away from their father. I will
be in London to comply with
contact order, seeing them
three nights a week, but the ex has breached the contact order 18 times.
Trying to enforce with lawyer through courts. Two years of hell and lots of
fear, agoraphobia, two lost businesses, and a very unhappy me. I need out.
