need advice completing a a D8 Form

I believe i have nearly completed the form although i have been warned that if it is not cotrrect it will be refused. the parrts of the documnet i am unsure of are part 3 jusrisdiction we have were both born and livived in the uk all our lives so i think i need to tick article 3.1 and the petitioner and respondent are both habitually resident in england / wales and part 6 statement of case i have been waned i don't use the correct wording for the statement of case then the form may be refused, the facts i am using are Unreasonable behaviour.

please help !!!!

The jurisdiction bit (EU council 3.1) allows the court to deal with the divorce.

So if you were both born here and still live here its the first box to tick then habitual residency, job done.

because your asking a judge to dissolve a marriage all the forms must be correct, any mistakes and they will be sent back, a mistake on the form you are looking at will cost you £90 each time to correct, plus they send the application fee back, even worse when correcting the D8 there are rules about how it should be done even to the point of what colour ink to underline the amendments with

The reasons used to show the marriage has broken down are unique to your marriage but often they include things like the breakdown of communication lack of intimacy ect, if you no longer live together also add that.

Take a look at the other forms you need, the affidavit and directions for trial and the D36, you can always post questions here and there is also a phone helpline if your stuck.

Personally i just used the wiki solicitor to do the lot including the consent order that must be written by a solicitor anyway.

thanks for your help have alreday looked at the examples of UB on the wiki search and has given me the confidence to fill in the form. fingers cross all ok will think it over this weekend may seek further help
