Re:McKenzie friend

Hi there,
I am hoping someone will be able to help. I have just decided to become litigant in person as a necessity as money run out for legal advice
Was reading about McKenzie Friend and searched internet for ages to find a format in which to ask for a permission. Also Questionnaires and replies have been exchanged, but I would like to ask more questions as a lot of bank statements were missing in my ex's Form E. Is there any specific format in whic I can ask? Can anyone please advice how to approach this? Many thanks in advance

When your acting alone its best to take the plain English approach, write a letter to the judge asking permission to have a MF and send a brief CV of the MF at the same time, most judges allow them without question these days.

If information is missing from form E do the same write and ask for it, there is no formal format fro doing so.

As always keep copy`s of letters and if you send by post send them recorded.
