Hello there, just had a "discussion" with my husband. He is divorcing me
and we are at the second stage of the divorce proceedings. He claims that
the
petition will not be legally binding as I signed it
using my maiden name. He has always been aware that I didnt fully take the
married name. My drivers licence, the then joint child and working tax
credits and my now tenancy agreement IS in the married name, as he is the
guarrantor for my rented accommodation. My bank accounts, passport and work
documents I kept in my maiden name as it is the name I do prefer to use, he
did pressurise me to change EVERYTHING. My question is, is he right in this
issue? Would all the paperwork to the court have to be submitted again? He
called the court today and was informed that it is up to the judge

and no one else can help
