Hi all,
My OH needs to take his ex back to court to enforce both
a financial
consent order and a
contact order. As his ex
moved a 2.5 hour drive away and he went down there for all the court
hearings, we'd like to know if we can make applications to our local court
for enforcement proceedings. We are expecting a baby any day so it would
be great if he didn't have to make that 5 hour round trip, particularly
when he's not at fault and it will already cost us plenty to take her back
to court!
Any advice would be gratefully received.
