Hi,
My OH has both an
ancillary relief order and
contact order with his
ex-wife. Both were granted a year ago. Both she has flouted. We need to
go back to court to have them both enforced. He will be self-repping now.
I have 2 questions.
a) What sort of application must we make to
the court about having the ancillary relief order enforced? She agreed to
do 2 things, so she doesn't need to give OH any money, just do what she
promised to do.
b) Can OH make both applications to our local
court? He had to drive 300 miles round trip for every court date before as
she had moved back to where her parents live when she left. Seems only
fair that she should make the effort now as she's the one who has ignored
the court orders!
Any help would be very gratefully received.
