A friends sister in-law is going back to court to try & amend/change the
conatct arrangements for a child.
The court ruled in favour of
the father and he got the bigger percentage of care time.
Apparently she has to use the same SOL that failed her the 1st time.
For info she is using a different SOL to get there divorce
completed based on the original SOL's faliure regarding
custody of there
child.
My question is given the failure in the initial attempt
to gain majority
custody. Surely you can
choose a new SOL to re represent in this situation?
The case is in
Scotland.
One wouldn't hold out much hope of a different outcome if
the original SOL failed 1st time round?
