My wife accessed my text message after I told her not to use my phone
whilst I was on the loo/asleep. Now I have this passage in the
petition which i think has already been sent to court
:
"
although he has refused to admit
adultery. The Petitioner however has
discovered
inappropriate text and email messages between the Respondent and this other
woman
which confirms the Petitioner’s suspicions that her husband has
been having an inappropriate
relationship with the woman."
I did not commit adultery; and she got the wrong idea of the
relationship.
My sol ignored this fact; do I go to court and
represent myself and have it thrown out;
contact her sol and suggest
they retract this statement or other.
All my sol has done is say
we will not pay full costs. I am assuming that nothing in the petition
will affect the financial outcome.
Cheers
