Well had my whole day in court and as expected my sxtb was caught out on many lies by my lawyer, to start with his lawyer stated i shouldnt get any pension share but at end of court hearing after seeing that my xtb had lied so much he changed his mind and now asking i only get 25% my lawyer asking 50% , but because xtb didnt have any prove of earnings sheriff has now made another date for jan for and she did make a point of telling his lawyer that he has one hour of her time to produce documentation of earnings before she makes a decision on pension. So those who lie get caught out, tell the truth and you cant get caught. I really hoped all would be settled at final proof, but alas he managed to stall it once again. At least I know my divorce is agreed and only pension left to decide. hopefully in my favour x x roll on january, 30 yrs married and its taken 10 yrs to get to this stage. we have also asked that costs be awarded to xtb x will let you all know outcome. this site has been so helpful throughout this stressful time and i thank everyone for their help x x

Yes please do let us know what happens, as you say those who lie in court or on disclosure do get caught out and can end up paying the others costs which is only right.

Almost over for you now, just a case of dotting the i`s and crossing the t`s.

well , next Frid 6th d-day I hope , xtb has been told at final hearing he has one hour od sheriffs time to produce pension share estimates ie, what would 50% equal , also he has to show his income on paper as he didnt have any proof of salary at final proof... up to now we still havent heard from his lawyer with figures ????? surely this wont get dragged on for another hearing if he doesnt trap with the proofs etc... pleading poverty if i get share of his pension, but i worked damn hard for 30 yrs of marriage. I am praying the sheriff makes a decision one way or the other whether he has salary proofs or not... as i already said in last post he got caught out on so many of his lies, I hope when the sheriff reads all the case over this will come to her attention.... I dont believe this is happening, court has now been put back again till 13th Feb as XTB failed to deliver goods ie pension estimate if awarded 50% and no payslips etc that the sheriff stated she wanted, they have now been granted anothr hearing , this is driving me mad, surely from last final hearing they have had long enough to get this sorted. I am on such a downer was so hoping today would have been the last. how long does it take to get the army pension office to fill out a bit of paper with estimates on it ??? and the lies continue, he tells my daughter its me holding it all up !! but she knows it isnt.... hes making me out to be a really bad person, but luckily most friends and family believe me and not him. after all he was found out to be lying in court .... well will keep you posted. sorry for my rant lol

lol i know ,,,, so fed up with this . how long does it take to get his pension office to give him a breakdown ??? he stays glasgow the army pension office is glasgow surely he can use a bit of common sense and make an appointment and aquire a print out of what the payment percentage would be ???
