enforcing consent order

Hello again everyone,
Consent order & decree absolute were passed, in November, and consent order states that my ex has to give up all legal and beneficial interest in the FMH within 28 days. I have paid a solicitor to change the title deeds with land registry to my name only.
Unfortunately my ex is refusing to do the ID1 form that is required for this land registry change to go ahead.
Is he in breach of the terms of the consent order? He is saying that the FMH is half his until his name is removed, but refuses to co-operate.
Can I apply to the court for help?

Are you both freeholders on the title deeds? Is there a mortgage?

As far as your ex refusing to sign the ID1 goes, that ain't no problem!

Your sol should know that the court can sign on your ex's behalf.

Oh, by the way, the court order take precedence over your ex's name being on the title deeds, he now has no legal and beneficial interest in the FMH, all he is doing is delaying the logging of that fact at the registry.
