Just some information for anyone who needs to enforce a county court order
in the magistrates court.
If the order is enforced it can be
appealed as most orders can, if the magistrates explain the appeals
procedure the defendant has 14 days even if acting in person, if the
procedure is not explained the defendant has 21 days.
Now the
bonkers bit depending where you are in the country some enforcement
officers will allow a defendant acting in person more than 21 days, others
stick to the rules, whats the point of the rule?.
