Please help ! After 9/10 yrs and 3 option hearings and 1 peremptory diet, I
have dates for a proof hearings oct and November . My x will just not give
in, all that's to be decided is army pension, married 30yrs the whole time
pension was running, sperated 2002, solicitor states I'm entitled legally
to half his pension which he has had in payment since 1993. But he still
won't just give in and accept this , so now it looks like he is going to
let it go to proof, I'm worried sick now about the costs , 1. How much
roughly will these hearings cost, 2. If he is the one defending and won't
budge on it, who is responsible for these costs , 3. What actually happens
at a proof ? I'm getting so stressed now I just want the judge to see I
have done everything the right way and all I want is to be free, on the
other hand all he wants is to keep stalling it. I am full of anger that his
lawyer hasn't advised him that legally I have a right to a percentage of
his pension whether it be 50/50 or whatever.
