wife left last year managed 21 days with kids son 9 daughter 11(now)before
I had to bring them back at1.00am as she had passed out. Kids stayed back
with me then hamsters came back and finally she came back This year may
again off she went issuing divorce proceedings this time my daughter
refused to go with her son spends weeks at a time with me though supposed
to be 3days/4days alt weekends. Took months to get child benefit for
daughter as stbx refused to agree daughter was with me. Cant pay mortgage
in full as stbx claims

nothing towards either,cant get legal aid as she still insists she has
children, now she is going to stop her twice daily visits to AA meetings so
that she can see more of son System seems biased against fathers? Took ages
to get CSA to undertand I was not protesting at having to pay but wanted
them to get some money from stbx for child care. Tried
mediation stbx waited till Building Soc were
fed up and started possession and walked out saying when you havnt a house
you wont be able to have the kids. Looks like I will have to do it all DIY
