Cohabitation is pretty much hard to prove even if they obviously live
together openly let alone going to all the trouble now to prove they are
not.
My person belief is there needs to be a more robust system
proving
cohabitation as all they
says is "no we are not leaving together" I think they should be made to
prove they are not this would be easy with presentation of back dated
council tax bills. As I think my ex just claim a single person council tax
and her bloke must of not paid any at all! which I think is pretty common.
Oh yes I know all about multiple holidays together cosmetic changes to the
house.
If she/they cannot buy you out look at putting a charge
on the house till kids leave full education sell then and divide equity.
Other on her will give better advice the the legal stuff.
